ESBE LAUNCHES INSULATION SHELLS FOR MIXING VALVES VRG/VRB DN15-40
As of 2012 ESBE extends its product range with insulation. As one of the first mixing valve manufacturers, ESBE launches a complete assortment of insulation shells to cover the popular valves VRG and VRB (DN15-40).
The ESBE insulation shells are developed according to the German directive EnEV2009 and reduce heat losses with 65% compare to an uninsulated system. The insulation shells fit perfectly to the ESBE valves series VRG and VRB. The shell is designed with a very tight seal to prevent air-circulation, hereby gaining important energy savings.

ESBE SAFETY VALVE SERIES VSB AND MANIFOLD SERIES VMA
The new ESBE VSB series safety valves are intended to protect against excess pressure in solar, tap water, and heating applications. The new range of safety valves encompasses 23 different items, all of which are certified according to current EN regulations.
The new version of ESBE's manifold series VMA is mainly improved with regard to enclosure measurements. Just as before, it is intended for use in tap water systems. The new manifold series VMA and the new safety valve series VSB also support the valve manifold VMB400, which is mounted with a direct connection to the boiler or water heater for a non-scalding function in the tap water system.

ESBE THERMOSTATIC MIXING VALVE SERIES VTA500, VTS500
ESBE's range of thermostatic mixing valves is greatly broadened with the new VTA500 and VTS500 series. The completely new VTS500 series is specifically developed for solar heating systems with the aim of accommodating the temperatures demanded by such applications.
The new VTA500 series is intended for universal use in applications from tap water systems to floor heating systems. Common to all products in the new series is a higher flow capacity than ESBEs smaller valve series VTA300, now with a Kvs-value of up to 3.5 for the tap water items and up to 4.8 for the floor heating items. In addition, there are a number of new coupling connectors and temperature ranges to choose from. A total of 90 new items have been added to the range of ESBE thermostatic mixing valves.

For optimal accumulation loading - new ESBE solid fuel products are setting a new standard.
Simple, compact installation, a broad range, optimal regulation and reliable, safe operation. ESBE's new load units and load valves have unique qualities to allow the best possible energy efficiency and environmentally friendly solid fuel firing.
With the increased interest in solid fuels as a good energy source customers and consumers are making new requests and demands. ESBE has taken this on board in its work on developing the entirely new product range designed for optimal loading of accumulation tanks, from the smallest pellet stoves up to 150 kW boilers. These products are now available from wholesalers in Sweden.

New mixing valves and actuators from ESBE set a new standard.
Simpler and more compact installation, larger range, minimal leakage and even better regulating precision for more and new areas of application. These are just a few of the many features the new generation of mixing valves and actuators has to offer. Prior to the launch, interest in the new generation of mixing valves and actuators was enormous. During the development process, ESBE interviewed installation engineers, OEM partners and wholesalers throughout Europe to find out what their wishes and requirements were.
Lower energy consumption. Our mixing valves already had a low level of internal leakage - thanks to our own patent from 2003. Now we've succeeded in bringing the leak rate down even further. From 0.1 to 0.05 percent of the flow. And this under double pressure, i.e., at 100 kPa (1.0 bar).
Higher regulating precision. More stable mounting between valve and actuator results in higher regulating precision. Unstable mounting - where there is movement in the actuator - is, of course, the cause of impaired adjustment. The actuator has to *parry* even the smallest movements. This results in wobbly adjustment causing comfort and power consumption to suffer: excessive fluctuations of temperature and unnecessary surplus heat. With four *towers* instead of one round the spindle between valve and actuator, the resulting assembly has greater stability and adjustment is smoother.
More new features. · Quicker and easier assembly of actuator and valves. More smart solutions resulting in fewer stages in the operation and the need for fewer tools. · All valves (from DN15 to 50) are now made of the corrosion-resistant material DZR. · 15 mm more compact motorized valve (valve with assembled actuator). A huge advantage particularly when you want to integrate the valve and actuator into heat pumps, boilers, pump groups or other finished products. · New features and the use of brass throughout the range offer completely new areas of application, for example: - systems with large temperature differences - fancoils where a high degree of precision is required - systems with independent, controlled circuits that require a low degree of valve leakage, for example combined radiator and underfloor heating circuits - comfort cooling where the secondary circuit requires a constant, circulating flow - solar heating, gas/oil - systems with external temperature dependent adjustment - solar heating and other systems with double accumulator tanks, etc.
Bigger range than ever. We have expanded our range of mixing valves and actuators by more than 20 per cent: · The new range includes an all new 3-way variant of change over valve DN 15 - 50 which, in combination with a new actuator (15 seconds running time), opens up many more areas of application. · The range of ESBE's unique BIV valves has been extended to DN 15 - 50. · Expanded range of actuators offering a total of 34 different standard variants to choose from. · Increased number of valve variants in both 3 and 4-way designs. All produced in brass, DN 15 - 50 (formerly DN 15 - 32).
